Please be advised that the Booking Secretary works part-time and is also assisted by volunteers, so it might take a few days to respond to your request.

As a result, please wait until you receive the confirmation email before making any arrangements.

A Booking Agreement Form will be sent with your confirmation email; please click here to read and download the CONDITIONS of HIRE which you will be asked to sign and adhere to until the completion of your booking.
